- This year we implemented Guest Speaker book donation program to the local library.

- To come up with an enjoyable speaker/program topic EVERY week is difficult.

- Keeping track of all monthly expenditures and budget projections.
- Interact Prez ran our meeting on 3/20 and all fines generated were donated to Interact Club...$739
- Interactors helped out and cleaned up at our annual Holiday Party, to promote unity between Club & Interactors...donated $500 to them in return.
- Sent 20 Interactors to the District Leadership Conference at Alliance Redwoods.
- Recipient of this year's "Silent Service" award, presented by District Governor Harry Johnson...in abstention.

- Duties of Secretary are administrative but in many ways they capture the "pulse" of the club...in keeping track of the numbers they are often the first to notice a trend that is a cause of concern....attendance drops.
- Keeps officers and BOD members on track re:procedures.
- Since he's been in this role for so long he knows much of the history of the club.
- Let's me know when I'm "running late" and eating into Speaker's time.

- BEST VOCATIONAL SERVICE PROGRAM IN THE DISTRICT FOR 2000/2001
- Provided two 13 Week Vocational Service at local High & Middle Schools where groups of Rotarians (and some non-Rotarians) went to their Career Classes and were a panel for the kids to ask questions about our careers.
- Ø It was the talk of the District Conference at Konochti
- Sponsored two High School students to RYLA (Rotary Youth Leadership Award) Camp.
- Provided Lunch to kids @ RYLA
- Awarded $4,500 in Scholarship money to graduating High School students at Rancho Cotati.
- ¨ Dale Knight: International Service Chair
- BEST INTERNATIONAL SERVICE PROGRAM IN THE DISTRICT 2000/2001!
- We sent Correy Robb to Taiwan as our Ambassadorial Scholar
- $320 donated to Ghana for their National Immunization Day
- Container of Medical Goods sent to Peru
- Provided tuition for an Exchange Student at Sonoma State University...LeVell's friend: George Omuya
- $263.00 sent to El Salvador Earthquake Relief Fund
- Project Amigo....$1,000 raised from "Change for Changes Sake" went to help fund the Homework Club for the kids of Colima, Perum. It paid for the supplies for the kids to have a place to go to get help with their homework.
- Ø Dale Knight & Vida Jones went to Peru to give $$$ and do other "good deeds" while there.
- RotaPlast: Bob Barbaro, Vida Jones & Dale Knight went to Guatemala to assist in free reconstructive surgery for 70 children with cleft lip and palates.
- Donation of $2,000 to the Festival of Brotherhood, which helped provide ongoing funding for an aids nursery in Guadalajara. Your monies provided medication, clothing and food for 15 infants as well as 20 girls & 30 boys up to the age of twelve.

- Joined Cotati Chamber of Commerce in addition to RP
- $173 donated to Project Share Life (Bone Marrow Donor program)
- Thanksgiving dinners provided for local families without means
- Provided gifts, food, trees, lights... for local COTS (Committee On The Shelterless) families for Christmas.
- Joint Ventured with local realtors in delivering gifts to less fortunate kids while dressed up as Santa Claus (delivered on a fire truck!)
- Ø Tom Patterson & Joe Lindland as Santa
- Animal Shelter Project: sod & bark party for local shelter
- Made and delivered over 50 quilts & blankets to homeless in Sonoma County
- Approval from City of Cotati to install Rotary signs at city limits once the marquis has been installed.
- Youth Bowling: sponsored a youth bowling night at Double Decker for Boys & Girls Club
- Donated $1,500 to the local Boy Scouts
- Donated $1,000 to the local Girl Scouts
- Donated $1,000 to the local Boys & Girls Club
- Provided the people power to tend bar for the Black & White Ball in town to benefit city's local Senior Center.
- Sponsored and provided labor for a house in Rohnert Park for the local Rebuilding Together Program (formerly known as Christmas in April).
- Participated in the "Every 15 Minutes" program (drug and alcohol abuse awareness program) at Rancho Cotate High School.
- Avenue of Flags Program implemented in Cotati along Old Redwood Highway.
- Cooked and served breakfast for the Rancho Cotati High School kids at their 24 Hour Relay.
- Creation of a new Club Flyer to be handed out at events and fundraisers.
- Safari West (pending): we'll be sponsoring 30 kids to their wild animal park.
- Bus Stop & Park Benches (pending): to install 3 "Rotary" bus stop benches in Cotati and 2 "Rotary" park tables and benches in Rohnert Park.
- Ø City has requested more next year and BOD has approved
- ¨ Anne Kinsey-Goldy: President Elect/Events & Fundraisers Chair
- 50's Dance netted over $11,000
- Fireworks booth raised over $9,000
- Joint ventured with other Sonoma and Marin County Rotary clubs to bring RI President-Elect Rick King to Petaluma.
- Built a deck at Art Sweeny's home for a donation to our club
- Holiday Party @ Joe Lindland's
- Worked the Polling Booth on Election Day with Rotarians donating their pay back to the club...raising $600.
- Chuck Wray's Retirement Party: Bar netted $1,100
- Fellowship & Membership Drive celebration BBQ's @ Goldy's
- Flower Donations on Valentine's Day ($1,000) & Mother's Day ($1,400)
