Dear Community Service Provider:

The Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati has supported service related groups and organizations with funding and other assistance for many years. We strive to assist as many as possible to help meet the ever increasing needs within our community. However, as we are receiving more and more requests for assistance we have now found it necessary to institute a formalized donation/assistance process. In order to seek assistance, a written donation request will need to be submitted to the Rotary Club of Rohnert Park-Cotati.  Once received our Board of Directors will consider the request and will ultimately make a decision as to the programs that are funded.

Our Board of Directors will consider requests received throughout the year, however our funding cycle begins each July 1^st and most of the funding decisions are made at that time. Therefore, we encourage you who are requesting assistance to submit the funding request packet in the month of June. That way your request can be considered as we prepare our yearly budget.
